Company Profile

Spirit Capital was established in 2002 as a niche corporate advisory boutique providing specialist “merger and acquisition” advice to listed and privately owned companies.

In 2006, Spirit Capital took a strategic decision to expand its business focus beyond corporate advisory services into proprietary listed and private investments, thereby maximising its value creating opportunities.

Spirit Capital is now divisionalised into two strategic business units: Principal Investments and Corporate Finance.

Our Philosophy

We derive the name ‘Spirit’ from the entrepreneurial flair and enthusiasm with which we conduct our business.  Our mission is to create value; to enhance and unlock shareholder wealth in companies through investment and dependable and innovative advice.  Our business is based on three fundamental principles: service excellence, technical excellence and integrity.
