Transaction Categories

Spirit Capital invests in the following types of transactions:

1. Leveraged Buy-Outs (i.e. the acquisition of a business using third party debt to finance a portion of the purchase price);
2. Management Buy-Outs/Buy-Ins (i.e. funding to enable a management team, either existing or new, to acquire a meaningful interest in a business from the existing owners);
3. Expansion Capital (i.e. funding for the growth and expansion of a business):
