PSG “COMPANY OF THE YEAR” AWARD

Spirit Capital is awarded the “Company of the Year” award

PSG, one of South Africa’s most prominent investment companies, and an indirect shareholder in Spirit Capital (Pty) Ltd, held its annual Growth Conference in February 2009 in Stellenbosch.

Representatives from all of PSG’s associate and subsidiary companies were invited to discuss and debate various topics including the challenging economic times and identifying growth opportunities.

At each conference the chairman of PSG, Jannie Mouton, presents an award to the subsidiary or associate company that reported the largest earnings growth over the prior year.

We are proud to announce that Spirit Capital was awarded the Chairman’s “Company of the Year” award for 2009.
